Die Casting Lead Person Job

Profile

Must have 6 years experience in die casting.
Must be willing to work any shift.
Must understand how to produce the best quality aluminum die castings.
Must understand die casting machines and
Must understand die casting tooling.
Must understand die casting process. Assist so we ship good quality die casting parts on time.
Assist so people work safely & efficiently and get training.
Assist so we have running equipment and the people we need for the job.
Assist in efficient Lean Production for On Time Delivery.
Assist in Plant Cleanliness and Equipment Maintenance Control.
Assist in People Needs and Supervision. Understand how to process die cast parts to a finished machined parts.
Die Casting Automation experience is a plus.
Forklift experience is a plus. Honesty, and Self Starter,
Problem solving skills.
California Drivers license.
Speak, read and write English also some Spanish helpful. Salary to be determined on skills and experience.
