About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated attorney with 5–8 years of experience practicing family law. The ideal candidate has strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-centered approach. You’ll work closely with our team of dedicated family law professionals on a variety of matters including divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of family law cases from intake through resolution


• Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, settlement agreements, and correspondence


• Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances


• Advise and advocate for clients with professionalism, empathy, and integrity


• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional legal service


• Maintain organized case files and meet all court and client deadlines

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school


• Admitted to the NJ Bar and in good standing


• 5–8 years of experience handling family law matters


• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills


• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently


• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills


• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality representation
