Job duties:

Work fully remote!

Must be licensed in New York (NY).

The successful candidate will have previously managed a full caseload of motor vehicle negligence claims.

• Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents


• Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel


• Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions


• Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions


• Attend in-person and virtual court appearances


• Write reports to clients analyzing issues and communicating the status of the case


• Explain litigation to those unfamiliar with the process


• Take charge of cases to move them toward cost effective, efficient, and fair resolutions

Required:

• Recent experience with automotive bodily injury cases


• Recent litigation and court experience
