general and specialized representation of public agencies and nonprofits statewide, focusing on education. 
We seek applicants for our San Diego office with a California bar license and 2-3 years of experience in any of the following areas of law:  education, local government, nonprofit, commercial real estate, and public agency litigation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with elected or nonprofit volunteer boards, and basic familiarity with local government.
Applicants should be highly skilled in legal research and analysis, legal writing, and client counseling.
A friendly, collegial, detail-oriented strategist would be a good fit.
