As the Digital Litigation Services Project Manager, your primary focus involves supervising the delivery of services related to eDiscovery, public records requests, case management, and trial support for the Civil Services Division of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
Digital Litigation Services will rely on you to lead your new team, understand how to maximize existing digital solutions, have the ability to analyze existing and incoming data to develop a digital plan for the future. You will have the opportunity to draft policies and procedures, create a strategic plan for the team, and lead your team toward goals you develop. You will lead by conducting the hiring and training of other members of the Digital Litigation Services team.
About the Civil Services Division
The Civil Services Division of the Maricopa County Attorney's Office serves as a law firm that provides legal representation and advice to Maricopa County government, including its elected officials, departments, and employees. Our work involves defending legal actions, lawsuits, and claims brought against County entities, to include Section 1983, tort, election, and tax litigation. We also provide legal advice to County officials on a variety of public law topics. Additionally, we process public records requests for the Maricopa County Attorney. Our division has four practice groups: Litigation; Government Advice & Elected Officials; Human Resources, Behavioral Health, & Probate Group; and Appeals, Election Law, Public Records, & Tax.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, justice studies, law, paralegal studies or a study related to this job
Four years of professional high-level administrative experience developing projects, conducting complex research and analysis in a legal office setting, and managing digital records (Please be sure that this experience is highlighted on your resume.)
Experience managing, supervising, or mentoring teams
A combination of post-secondary paralegal or legal studies education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
The Maricopa County Attorney's Office requires a thorough background check of all successful candidates and is authorized to test prospective employees for the presence of illegally accessed drugs. Testing is conducted once an offer has been extended and prior to placement

Advises the office and other County management on issues and concerns related to data governance
Working Conditions
Office setting in high volume fast-paced environment with frequent stressful situations
May require long periods of sitting while completing paperwork
Ability to travel to and from various county locations utilizing personal or county owned vehicle
Ability to move up to 20 pounds
