A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Bedminster, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in family law and be adept at managing a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment. This role requires handling all aspects of family law, including litigation, negotiation, and mediation.

Duties

• Manage cases involving divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and domestic violence.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Develop and implement strategic legal solutions tailored to each client's needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Provide compassionate and professional guidance to clients during stressful circumstances.
• Maintain organized and timely case management.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of family law experience; litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Judicial clerkship in the Family Part is strongly preferred.
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• License to practice law in New Jersey.
