A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its Pittsburgh, PA office. This role focuses on litigating personal injury matters, including auto, trucking, and premises liability cases. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in trial preparation, client advocacy, and case strategy. Location:

• Pittsburgh, PA

Duties:

• Litigate personal injury cases involving automobile accidents, trucking collisions, and premises liability

• Collaborate with clients, legal staff, and partners to develop medical and factual evidence

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal briefs for State and Federal courts

• Conduct legal research and argue motions before courts

• Handle depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses

• Assist in all aspects of trial preparation as a member of a trial team

• Prepare cases from pre-litigation through litigation and resolution

• Draft and negotiate settlement demands with an emphasis on maximizing client outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in personal injury law

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania

• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach

• Client-first attitude aligned with the firm’s mission of service and justice

• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

• Proven ability to handle a busy caseload efficiently and effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice technology

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

• Detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking skills
