Duties:

• Manage and represent clients in insurance coverage disputes across various policy types, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide detailed analysis of insurance-related matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and memoranda, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective strategies for dispute resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal precedents, industry trends, and evolving insurance regulations.
• Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions, providing expert legal advice.
• Handle a caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and autonomy.
• Participate in both litigation and settlement negotiations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to manage complex insurance litigation cases.
• Strong academic background with superior research and writing skills.
