• Provide strategic legal counsel and representation for clients in the insurance and reinsurance sector.
• Perform legal research, draft comprehensive reports, and prepare motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in court, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Work both independently and within a team to provide high-quality legal services.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and stakeholders on case strategy and client management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in insurance law and reinsurance matters.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Experience in professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
