The candidate will work closely with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process. Will prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications in the United States and abroad. Conducts freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability analyses. Assists in other responsibilities or projects, as requested or needed. Should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field of study. Must be Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, D.C. Admitted to the USPTO is required.
