Job Overview:

The Lateral Litigation Partner will be responsible for bringing in and managing a portable business of at least $1 million in the field of litigation.

Duties:

• Bring in and manage a portable business of at least $1 million in litigation
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on litigation matters
• Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including trials and appeals
• Oversee litigation strategy and case management
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on complex legal matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in New York
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in litigation
• Portable business of at least $1 million in the field of litigation

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in New York

Skills:

• Strong business development and client management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership and mentorship abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• In-depth knowledge of litigation law and practice
