Duties

• Advise companies on developing new corporate headquarters and facilities.
• Identify and negotiate discretionary economic development incentives.
• Mentor junior associates within the team.
• Collaborate with a highly integrated team to serve global clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
