Duties

• Draft motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Appear in court for various legal proceedings.
• Communicate with clients to ensure quality representation.
• Collaborate with support staff for document preparation and execution.
• Research and analyze complex client cases.
• Create matter budgets and seek fee approval from clients.

Requirements

• J.D. degree, bar license in good standing in New York required.
• Bar license in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and/or Connecticut is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant litigation experience preferred.
• Substantial knowledge of New York Mortgage Foreclosure Law required.
