Duties

• Manage case intake and prepare responsive pleadings.
• Oversee complex medical malpractice cases, including depositions and motions.
• Supervise and mentor attorneys at various experience levels.
• Conduct case reviews and provide strategic guidance.
• Review significant motions, depositions, and trial strategies.
• Train attorneys in litigation, advocacy, and client reporting.

Requirements

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Significant litigation experience; medical malpractice defense preferred.
• Experience supervising or mentoring attorneys.
• Strong knowledge of New York litigation processes.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Sound judgment and client-management abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
